Tam Chu, D.O.

Dr. Tam Chu received her medical degree from Midwestern University-Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in 2013 and became board certified in Internal Medicine. After residency, she continued to work at St. Joseph’s Internal Medicine residency program as faculty physician, providing adult primary care services and supervising resident clinics. Her areas of interests included preventative medicine, women’s health, and integrative medicine. After 9 years of practicing primary care, she accepted a new and exciting opportunity in January 2022 to further sub-specialize in Hair Restoration Surgery at Scottsdale Institute for Cosmetic Dermatology as well as in feminine health and laser aesthetics as the medical director at Nuvell Clinics. She is a certified O-shot specialist and completed her medical laser aesthetics certification in January 2022. With her extensive adult primary care background and interest in feminine health, she will give patients comprehensive evaluations, carefully review treatment options, and make the proper recommendations that will maximize patient outcomes.
